  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Any information you voluntarily provide through forms
  • Call scheduling preferences, including retry settings, call delivery status, and call attempt history
  • Consent timestamp recorded when the keep calling until answered feature is enabled for a scheduled call
  • Recorded voice messages and generated text-to-speech audio used to play a scheduled call
  • Recipient phone numbers saved by Support users, which may belong to other people
  • Usage Data (see below)

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type
  • Pages visited
  • Time and date of visit
  • Time spent on pages

Recorded and generated voice audio is stored on our servers so that our telecommunications provider can fetch it at call time and play the message to the recipient. Audio is retained while it is needed to deliver a scheduled call or while a saved recording remains on your account. We delete the audio file when the last scheduled call or saved recording that uses it is removed, or when you delete your account.

Support users may store recipient phone numbers belonging to third parties who do not have an On Time Call account. We store those numbers only to place the calls you schedule and to show you your saved recipient list. A recipient who wants their number removed can contact us at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to remove that number from the relevant account where we can identify it.
