On Time Call is a personalized voice reminder service that calls you or others at scheduled times using real or AI-generated voice messages. It's designed to break through digital noise and ensure important reminders are delivered in a way that actually gets attention through a real phone call.

Create a reminder. Free plan: record your own voice. AI text-to-speech from Focus and up. Choose one-time or recurring timing, and On Time Call delivers a real phone call at the exact time.

Great question! Unlike generic reminders that are easy to swipe away or ignore:
  • On Time Call rings your actual phone, demanding attention like a real person calling.
  • You can use your own voice on any plan, or powerful AI voice messages from Focus and up, to deliver motivation, wellness checks, habit nudges, and more.
  • Set it once or make it recurring for daily habits, medication, or emotional support.
  • Multi-person support lets you send calls to family, clients, or loved ones (Support & Pro plans).
  • Every call is delivered with emotion and intent, unlike cold text-based alerts.
On Time Call is a behavior-changer, not just a to-do app.

- Starter (Free): 3 free calls (one-time, lifetime, no monthly reset), voice recording only (no TTS), single-recipient, up to 3 on-device reminders. - Focus: 20 calls/month, recurring options, 5 saved recordings, Keep Calling Until Answered (up to 5 retries after the initial call, 6 dials total, including after voicemail, quota permitting, each retry uses 1 call). - Support: 45 calls/month, call up to 5 people, delivery alerts, Call Until Answered (up to 3 retries with 5-minute gaps, including after voicemail), save 20 messages. - Pro: 150+ calls/month, 50 recipients, CSV upload, advanced tagging and templates.

Yes. For subscriptions we bill directly, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your Dashboard under Settings. Changes are immediate or apply at the end of your billing cycle. If you bought through the App Store, manage or cancel in your Apple account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), not from the dashboard.

When a paid plan ends (you cancelled and the billing period finished, payment failed and the plan expired, or the charge was refunded), we delete that account's saved recipients, recorded messages, text-to-speech (TTS) messages, reminders and scheduled calls that have not happened yet. Templates are kept, and the account stays on the Free plan. This does not happen during a payment grace period or while a payment is being retried. If you're taking a short break and would like to keep your recordings and messages, you may prefer to keep your plan active until you're ready. If you do come back later, you can record new messages and add your recipients again in a few minutes.

An extra recipients subscription bought through the App Store is separate from your plan. Cancelling the plan, or changing to a plan that does not include extra recipients (such as Focus), does not cancel extra recipients, so Apple can keep charging for it. To cancel it on iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, and cancel the extra recipients subscription. We will also remind you by email and in the app if it is still active.

You can create:
  • Morning motivation or habit nudges
  • Health/medication reminders
  • Personal productivity wake-up calls
  • Emotional check-ins for family
  • Business follow-up calls for clients
  • Any message you want heard, not just read

Yes, depending on your plan:
  • Free & Focus: Call yourself only
  • Support: Up to 5 total recipients
  • Pro: Up to 50 recipients + bulk options

If you delete a saved recipient, any upcoming calls to that recipient's number are deleted at the same time. We'll show you how many before you confirm. Calls that have already taken place stay in your call history. Credits set aside for those deleted upcoming calls are returned to your account.

Yes from Focus upward. On Focus, Support, and Pro you can type a message and have it delivered with AI text-to-speech in English (Piper TTS, Amy voice), or record your own voice in any language. The Starter (Free) plan is voice recording only. Paid plans allow saving your favorite messages and recordings.

On Time Call supports UK (+44), US (+1), and Canada (+1) numbers only. It is not available elsewhere yet.

On Time Call is for anyone who needs reminders that actually get heard: heavy sleepers, caregivers, people managing medication or ADHD routines, students building study habits, parents supporting family, and small teams who prefer voice reminders over notifications.

On Time Call schedules real phone call reminders for wake-ups and other routines (AI TTS from Focus and up), with one-time or recurring options in the UK, US, and Canada. See our WakeupDialer alternative and Snoozester alternative pages for a side-by-side overview.

Reminder calls ring the phone like a real call, so they are harder to ignore than SMS texts. For a detailed comparison, see Reminder Calls vs SMS Reminders.

One-time calls are sent once at a specific date and time. Recurring calls repeat on a schedule you choose, such as daily, weekdays, or custom days.

When you schedule a call, one credit is set aside for it. The credit is used once the call is placed, whatever the outcome: answered, not answered, voicemail, busy or unreachable. If you delete or cancel a call before it's placed, the credit is returned.

Calls booked in advance for this billing period already count against this period's allowance, even if you created them earlier. Check the "Next period" line under remaining calls, and your scheduled calls list, to see what is already booked.

Common reasons: Your phone was unreachable or off; You didn't answer or the call reached voicemail: automatic retries apply on Focus (Keep Calling Until Answered: up to 5 retries after the initial call, 6 dials total) and Support (Call Until Answered: up to 3 retries with 5-minute gaps). Starter does not include automatic unanswered retries; The scheduled time was invalid or missed. Check your scheduled call list in the Dashboard for details.

This can happen if your carrier's voicemail connects before you answer. UK and some other carriers automatically connect voicemail within a few seconds of ringing , our system detects this as an unanswered call before you have a chance to pick up. The good news is that if voicemail connected, your message was still delivered and recorded in your voicemail inbox. To avoid this, you can increase your voicemail delay time through your carrier settings, or disable voicemail on the recipient's number. If your plan includes retries, the system will automatically try again.

100%. We use encrypted storage for both voice files and user data. Calls are only accessible by you. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes! The On Time Call Android app is available free on Google Play. You can schedule real phone call reminders and set on-device voice reminders directly from your phone. Download it on Google Play or learn more about the app.
