What is the difference between a phone call reminder and an on-device reminder?
A phone call reminder dials any phone number at your scheduled time: the person just needs to answer. An on-device reminder plays a voice message directly on your Android device, like an alarm. Once scheduled, it can play without internet.
Can I send reminder calls to someone who doesn't have the app?
Yes. Reminder calls are delivered to any standard UK, US or Canadian phone number. The recipient just needs to answer their phone: no app, smartphone or internet connection required.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
A reminder already scheduled plays its voice without internet. Creating or editing a reminder needs internet, and recurring reminders need the phone online when one fires so the series can continue. Outbound phone call reminders also need internet to schedule, but the recipient does not need internet to receive the call.
